Statute Abstract
The Association can develop all useful activities that,
directly or undirectly, are connected with the indicated purpose.
In particular the Association can:
- collect funds for designed projects to better the social, economic
, natural and cultural conditions
of Maldivian people
- set up own scholarship or obtain donations by Italian public duty
for Maldivian people;
- set up own project plants or collaborate with other
organizations to research specific problem solutions
connected to the Maldivian reality;
- promote or participate in various events
- propagate and protect a correct and real Maldivian image
with every means;
- develop social, cultural and recreative activities for the own supporters.
The Association hasn't political purposes and gives itself humanitarian
aims only, nevertheless it can collaborate (remainning in this item's spirit)
with private body or other organizations, without any bias,
to attain the statute aims.
The Association's properties are composed of:
- eventual distributions, donations and contributions by public body,
private or juridical figure;
- annual entrance fee;
- contributions ad hoc in occasion of specific activities;
- every incentive that helps to increase the social assets.
All annual programs are created by a preventive budget and
relative financial covering of expenses.
The Association entry is open to everybody, private and public body,
juridical figure, that accept, respect and persue, everyone
with his own possibiliity and turn, this Statue and
Association aims, pay the annual entrance fee and follow
the directives of statute body. |
